At a specialty meat restaurant in Fujisawa , you can enjoy a variety of menus with carefully selected ingredients and no odor. There are courses and all-you-can-drink at reasonable prices while using high-quality parts such as cows, pigs, chickens and horses. The popular reservation-only menu includes the best prime rib of roast beef steak that has been uniquely prepared with domestic rib roast and carefully baked at low temperature for about 3 hours. We also offer Jibier dishes that are delivered directly from the production area, such as deer, sea bream, and duck, and have been processed with confidence and proven results.
As the only restaurant where you can enjoy a full course of meat within walking distance from Fujisawa Station, it is open from 17:00 to 23:00 at night, so you can spend a relaxing time on your way home from work or with your family. There are various types of wine, highball, shochu, sake, etc. tailored to the cuisine, as well as private rooms, so please feel free to use it for entertainment and banquets.
